Ganesh Institute of Management studies (GIMS) is a constituent college of Ganesh group of institutions, Bhubaneswar. The group started its journey in academics way back in 1997. Excellence in academics has been the keyword of the group since its inception. This has been possible through closely supervised study in an intellectually stimulating environment, together with an emphasis on student welfare and close contact between staff and students. All these are backed by a system that ensures quality is constantly monitored and standards are reviewed and maintained.
The group offers several programs – Diploma engineering approved by AICTE, ITI approved by NCVT, Science education both in higher secondary and degree level. The group has campuses in Bhubaneswar and Chandikhole, Odisha.
Through GIMS, the group has put its foot in the ever changing management education. The offered at GIMS will be MBA (2 years full time) and MBA (Integrated 5 years full time).Programs will be offered thorough the academic cells organized around five departments: Finance and Accounting, Marketing, Human Resources and Soft skills,Operations,IT and Gernal management. The faculty shortlisted is a good blend of people from the industry and academia with majority having PhDs.
GIMS has added another feather in its cap from 2023-24.GIMS has started 2 years full-time MCA program. The institute provides opportunity to its students for project work, practical training, and research. The college emphasizes on qualitative sense of education.
